Terms and conditions

(2) We reserve the right to amend prices accordingly to reflect market fluctuations without prior notice.
(3) Please allow considerable time before placing your order as we will not be held responsible or liable for failure to meet your specific delivery / requirement deadline.
(4) We stock and order all our products subject to the manufacturer’s availability. If on an instance of an item or product not being available in stock we will attempt to find an alternative or offer a full refund.
(5) We aim to despatch all orders and goods within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the order subject to stock availability. Please note that at busier times of the year it may take longer to process and despatch your order within this timeframe and may result in being slightly longer. Should a situation arise we will communicate directly with you to make alternative arrangements accordingly. Cake orders are to be requested and made with at least 10 working days before the due date of the occasion.
(6) Small items and light weight orders will be posted by Royal Mail First Class with Recorded Delivery - Signed for, included in the postal charge. All large / heavy orders will be sent by Royal Mail - Standard Parcels.
(7) Should an instance arise resulting in your goods being damaged upon delivery, we must be notified by email within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate and proceed with a claim on your behalf. Late claims cannot be accepted.
(8) Should an instance arise whereby you are not completely satisfied with your goods, we ask that the goods be returned within 10 days, unopened in original packaging and undamaged. Your order will then be refunded in full. Please not that only the original postage / delivery costs paid will be refunded and the cost to return any items to us will be at your own expense. Edible items are excluded.
(9) Things can go wrong, and we ask that if you should wish to make a complaint then please send an email outlining your complaint and we will give it our immediate attention.
(10) Cake orders processed and purchased via www.cakes-for-occasions.co.uk will be delivered by an internal or external courier.
(11) Currently, not all areas are eligible for direct cake delivery.
